Delivery times are scheduled between 10-12 weeks from European manufacturer. Also please note, if for some reason the manufacturer is delayed you will be notified immediately of the next scheduled shipping date.

We despatch your furniture as soon as it is received.

Note: We choose the best couriers to deliver the products to you. We will send an approximate date for your delivery once it leaves our distribution centre. The couriers will then contact you to schedule a specific time for delivery, to make sure you will be home. Please note NO product will be left on site without the purchasers signature and proof of your drivers licence.

Also note that you may be required to help assist the courier to carry the item from the curb side. If you live in an apartment building, the delivery will be to the front of the building. For large items, the courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.



Based on your delivery address, size and weight of your order, we will choose the best courier team for your delivery when your order is ready for despatch.

If your order is coming with one of the preferred third-party couriers, we will send you and email once the products has been dispatched. This email will inform you the name of the courier and a tracking number, that you can stay updated at all times.

All other postcodes are shipping to the front door of your home or building at street level or lift access level permitting.

Please note that due to our 120-day money back warranty, all packaging must be retained by the customer for that period. 

Unfortunately, if your postcode is not listed at checkout areas, please contact our shipping department, we will do our best to offer you a shipping service to a depot of your nomination.


We are unable to navigate stairs with our standard delivery equipment.  If your building entrance is only via stairs, we will get as close as possible.  

It will be important that purchaser is at home to receive your order, and also very important that the standard delivery [ to the door at street level] is signed for and you have your own assistance to move the furniture into your home and room of choice, unpack etc.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery date has been arranged with you in advance but you are not able to accept the delivery when the courier team arrive, we might need to charge you a re-delivery fee. Our shipping team will reach out to you before the delivery is reattempted. Please note Zuhause does not take responsibility for any incorrect or incomplete order details including but limited to delivery address, contact detail or email give upon purchase and the subsequent failure of delivery as a result.


Please contact our office at least 72 hours before your scheduled delivery time if you need to change a delivery address.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at any time before your furniture leaves our distribution centre. Any cancellations after this will incur a freight charge.


Be careful when you purchase your new furniture, double check it will fit through your front door, passages, doorways, and ultimately fitting in its final position. All sizes of each product are provided.  

As with all valued deliveries, the purchaser along with their proof of D.L (driver license) sign for receipt of your order, indicating that it has been received in good condition.

Should there be a problem, i.e. damage, incorrect or missing items, please retain the item(s), indicate the problem on the delivery note and contact us immediately.

Please retain ALL original packaging. A signed delivery docket, without notations of missing, damaged or incomplete item(s), represents your acceptance of the complete order.  For any other problem, please refer to our return policy.
